It's not a hig...I feel the same way about work. It's not a high-paced job or anything, but there is a lot of stuff that I need to do that keeps piling up and it's stressing me out when I think about how I'm gonna do it all before my "deadlines." Ugh. Definitely need to dedicate some time to not think about that sort of stuff!<br /><br />I have never tried Bikram! I want to try it at least once though. I have done flow/vinyasa yoga in a heated room, which was super intense. So. Much. SWEAT! And yeah...
